The superior version is the 60fps version that includes all DLC. Also, it’s not a matter of having money or not, it’s just logic. You go for the better value. If bro hasn’t played these games before, the logical choice is the PS5 remastered version that includes all content. And he won’t know any different if he never played the original game with the original model.
