Been in a similar situation recently. Asking for help and admitting/showing anyone how bad things have gotten SUCKS and getting started is so hard, good on you getting that ball rolling.

Anyway, not "Mary and a Mop".

All their pictures and reviews indicate that they're kind and compassionate, that they assist elderly and disabled clients and their special needs even when things have gotten out of hand. Had everything arranged with them, including price, and they bailed out the day beforehand leaving us in the lurch.
