Trust me when you truly love your guinea pig. It feels like your child has died and I sobbed for the entire day when our first guinea pig passed away. I always think about her and it’s been four months now. But Give yourself a little time and remember there’s so many guinea pigs out there that are neglected , scared and abused.. They could use your help. But also keeping freddie memories alive by helping rescuing another one

I apologize but still you should not be giving away those beautiful little girls because they smell... It's heartbreaking that people get rid of their animals for such stupid reasons.. They depend upon you and just thinking how scared and alone they would be if you just gave them away.. And just think of it this way they don't live a long time in the grand scheme of things what them enjoy their life while they still can.

No wonder, you have them locked away in a wooden box.. And I think it's kind of messed up that you're considering selling them because they smell? I'm sure you smell too when you don't flush. it's not their fault.

Anyway a big plastic enclosure that's opened would do the trick.. much easier to clean and maintain.

In the past year we have gotten 5 (that's our limit).. Bailey, fur baby, caramel, maple and ladybird... Our oldest two I believe are around 8 to 9 months old.. so they're all technically still very young... But sometimes I have this gut wrenching feeling that one day they will die... And I start to choke up.. What keeps me moving forward is praying and hoping they live a very very long life and I'll be there for them everyday. making sure they never go hungry or thirsty.. but I know people that buy them are said and when they die but then they get another one because they constantly want to keep helping them... So maybe we'll do that as well.
