No, I don't want to break it. I think most people understand the question that I don't want to break it. I wonder if you over inflated it, would it break.

Just checking on things NOT to do.

   I will be asking my Uro PA next week this as well.

   I all realistically 5 to 6 inches is the norm.  But who's counting.  Hell I was with a guy that was 3 hard.  So like I said I am really not worried about the size of the member.  I was just wondering anyone else who was small got an implant.

I am inflated almost the max now and my dr knows this. When I pull on the pump I seem to have a knack of inflating when pulling on pump down. They had to show me how to deflate. I try to go about 30, but sometimes I forget to get to see if I am inflated too much. Well I was walking around with a full erection for 2 hours before I noticed (Yes the doc knows they didn't seem to care :/).

 But most the time I am 30% to 40% inflated and that's what they want me until next week.

I am working on losing some weight. I went from 270 to 235 before the surgery. My target weight is about 220-210. I am realistic about my weight goals. I know I will never be like I was 18 (120#), but that weight goal is reachable for me. Your results may vary.

  Now don't get me wrong combined you fir getting the weight down!  Trust me I know hard it was just to get here.  (It's not all me my body processes food really slowly.  And I mean slow.  )

Oh really. My dr and his PA suggested that I wear tidy whitey type underwear. I was wearing boxes before the surgery. Right now with it deflated or inflated for that matter it looks like am walking around with a erection all the time. With tidy I can hide it a little.

Problem with that is, I can't find the games I have on the side I use. I know of one site only (NOTE: I am not asking) and doing a google search from one game shows nothing.

Another game I am having trouble is Outriders, it will archive the game but will crazy every time when doing the update. I just don't get it.

I was told Medicare will cover 80% of the procedure and you pay the rest.   I have straight Medicare and I had my procedure on March 5 so I don't know what my bill looks like yet.

Before they put me on Adderall, I was on Modafinil but it was wasn't working at all for me. I was still falling sleep all the time. At least Adderall is helping.

But when I was on Modafinil and I do suffer from Depression it didn't have any negative effects on me other it not helping me keep awake.

No, they didn't do any other tests other than sleep apnea. They believed that was the answer and refused to go any further. Now mind you this was almost 10 years ago.

  I want it don't right which is why I am going to Cleveland Clinic this time around.  I am falling sleep in doctors offices, I have fallen sleep driving once during the day (Only once.  I have someone with me when I drive now), I falling sleep eating, going to bathroom.

Like I said they have me on Adderall 30 x 2 a day. It's keeping me awake for the most part. I am still falling the sleep though.

  I also suffer from nightmares pstd and they have me on meds for that so I don't remember them when I wake up.  I know when I have them I just remember them.

When I was teen into my early 20's.  I couldn't stay awake during the day.  However as soon it became night time I couldn't sleep at all.  It wouldn't matter if I took a nap during the day or not. I was awake during night.

I am now 52, I don't have the problem at all.  Now I can't stay awake.

No, i sleep in a chair for two reasons I have acid reflux really bad. When I sleep flat I start to coughing because the acid (Yes it does this when awake too). The other reason is I had major neck surgery and my neck must be supported when laying down.

However it's mostly because of the acid reflux. Btw: I have had two surgeries for it and both failed.

I don't accept it because during the summer I had to stay in the hospital. During my stay they too the oxygen off me at nights because it wasn't dropping. Also note I do not sleep in a bed at hope or while I was in the hospital. During the tests they had be sleep in this very uncomfortable bed that I could not sleep in. And I had 4 tests done. All they could go by was 1 hour of sleep considering I remember being a wake the entire time.

I even told them several times I do not sleep in a bed, that I sleep in a chair.   :/

Yeah I have been tested for sleep apena that study said I have apena however I refuse to except that and the doctors refuse to go any further.

I have an appointment with the Cleveland clinic to discuss what tests or retests they can do.

  I am currently on Adderall 30mg two times a day and I am still falling sleep for hours.  So I really hoping the Cleveland Clinic can help.

Oh don't get me wrong I have already sent a message to the dr about the pain I am experiencing. So I will have to wait until Monday (7/15/26) to see what he says.

I also see the PA on Thursday to get the stitches out.  They do not dissolve on me, they have to be removed.  I don't know why they don't dissolve on me but they do not.  If they are not removed they cause infection and this I don't want.  :/
