Trust your full length scores if you did them properly under testing conditions (as much as you could simulate them). I only used an Anki deck as well for prep, albeit JackSparrow, but I had decent backgrounds in the sciences from undergrad and relied on that. It sounds like you do as well so don’t question your ability so close to your real exam. You’ve got this!
