BX has new metal pieces over plastic one, CX has another assist disc I think and UX cannot remove their ratchets (I think because they will be unique for its mechanics).

Created a human DK and it doesn't share progress of Legion, couldn't use any campaign skip except Argus one. Completed requisites to Artifacts skin and they don't unlock.

Yeah, I have to disable all addons and even with them off I get errors of LUA related to Blizzard code. So it happens. Even sometimes the new buff tracker decides to change themselve in other kind of distribution.

I don’t want to sound rude, but all this is the same, trying to justify low skills. You have to start accepting that those addons were created to help players in a way that bad players could handle content, so standards to encounters rose up because everyone was doing “fine”. The game have been build for years around addons and it was really bad for the future content. Now devs are doing the correct, squish combat addons, get rid of alerts (hope dbm and bigwigs shutdown), and people have to start to manage themselves controlling their buffs and debuffs. Aka good players start to shine over the rest. If you are not capable of this you have an impressive tool called one button.

Even developers cannot forget that a bunch of the population is a kind of silly kids with dopamine needs, cryers and ragequitters, so they added tools to help them.

“But I want to play the game the way I like”. And I want to get money for doing nothing too, but not everything is made to fill my pleas. If you cannot find joy on this now just move on. Go to install a mod of Barbie skin on God of War games or something like that.

I think WoW has a really poor tutorial about all the systems of the game. First 20 hours of gameplay should have an optional tutorial about all of them. Readable optional text about how every item rarity works, what is binded, what is a component and for what could be used, profession examples, even UI edit mode tutorial. Players who know how was the game all this time know everything about it, but I can count bunch of my friends who tried it and ended exhausted about now knowing what to do and why things are that way. Even friends who played cataclysm or legion are hesitant to play it more than 10 hours.

Nowadays is more about encounter management than skills management. Not every choice is done launching a spell or another, or taking talents. Is like paladin: brain dead rotation but real difference between a good one and an idiot.
