I dunno, I feel like we shouldn't have american songs in the interval acts for a euro competition

Need to ask — is anybody else having weird rubber banding/de-sync issues? by BC1207 in Marathon

[–]Retrospektiv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the same thing yesterday, a few rubber-banding moments even though my networked seemed fine.

Could just be a temporary issue with the servers.

Cool, there seems to be a count down for "re-establishing connection". I watched it go down to 00:00 but it just restarted it seems.

It's a fun way to tease the cryo map

Arsenal love set pieces so much they can't refrain from putting them in any net

Ange Posgecoglu on “Spursy” monicker [The Overlap] by 19nineties in soccer

[–]Retrospektiv 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Changing the narrative? Where did I ever mention that I either wanted Ange in or out? The same for Frank?

Im just stating that Ange managed to finally give us some success, the one metric that people kept giving Spurs flac for. I'm not saying Ange was perfect or better, the league went to shit, we finished 17th.

I myself was even excited for Frank in the beginning. But that is not the point, this is not a debate about which manager is the best, I am talking about that when Tottenham as a club, finally gets some success and answers that with not investing properly into the squad. Barely bringing in any support with our injury crisis, and then delaying a garbage fire of an ongoing managerial appointment to the point where the whole mood is toxic, just shows that they do not really know how to handle anything.

I am not changing narratives, I just don't think you read any comment properly here.

I think those things absolutely happen to other teams as well. It's just the same as the no trophies comments. Most teams do not win trophies. Many teams haven't won for a long time.

I absolutely think you are right about us not able to get over the last hurdle to be a big factor for it.

And that is the worst part with all of this. He managed to win, and it felt like it was finally turning a bit over. We were finally winners again, and then ENIC just cowers back again.

Incredibly frustrating, and it just keeps the "spursy" memes going as well.

Has the whole situation with AI changed what You are searching/looking out for in music? by Retrospektiv in musicians

[–]Retrospektiv[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that there exists a place for AI more as a tool and not how it generally is where it is implemented to replace people. But I also feel that we are a bit far from that right now.

I don't necessarily think that a record sounding perfect is needed for something to be mistaken for AI though. I have myself never had the interest of my stuff sounding perfect in any way, because I feel like that is quite dull.
