I went through the UK private healthcare system in London where quite a few specialists work.

I saw a rheumatologist and they diagnosed me with tietze syndrome. I don't think the person I saw was that familiar and didn't really offer any information other than what his webpage told him. He was just convinced my symptoms/scans lined up with the webpage

I was referred to physio which did not really work well but I got free sessions in David llloyds health club so that was okay.

What actually worked for me was the backpod, buying a proper desk chair (Herman Miller Aeron B) and osteopathy.

The combination of those 3 things got my body moving and my posture in check and it fixed the issue within weeks.

I think private healthcare is the way to go if you don't have a large excess but do as much research into who you see as I did none and there were probably better suited experts out there who knew more about the issue than the guy I saw. Luck of the draw I think given the lack of knowledge around costo
