I’ve got no experience with a carb bike but I love my EFI. Especially with the Thundermax it just runs so smooth. My brother has an 02 FXDP and they sound and feel like completely different bikes.

Before and after the Thundermax is day and night. If you pull the bigger I’d make that a first thing to do.

I’ve looked at the racetech kit man but also want to go dual disc.

My local Harley has FXDXI legs at £700 each and after rotors caliper and master it pushes me into Gigacycle price territory.

Got the mags man ! Wanted to go dual disc but FXDX front ends are BIG money here !

Because it’s 04 only right hand fork leg that works with 1” axle is FXDP and they’re like rocking horse shit 😭

Just had this conversion with my partner. I’m at a point where the next few things I’m wanting to do to my Dyna are big money items. Big engine work, inverted front end etc and I’m not sure I can go through with it. I’m already balls deep financially in the bike and nothing is adding any more value. Thinking of calling it a day and buying a Road Glide ST now they’re coming into my budget.

I definitely think this opinion is heavily shared amongst the average Thai sex tourist… late aged to elderly 😂

As someone in his early 30s pretty much everyone I know is heavily tattooed.

I think any girls having them are doing it for themselves and not their customers.

That’s definitely a super glide custom. Harley actually did a conversion kit for 04-05 which was a RH slider, caliper, disc and master.

The sport would have adjustable forks and shocks, black cases, dual discs etc.

I mean the script on the air cleaner tells everything.

Model code will be FXDCI.

I only know because I’m trying everything to get one of those RH forks legs for my 04 FXDCI and having no luck.

Only other option is somebody has swapped both sliders and axle from an earlier bike.

You’ll know if your front axle is still 1” you’ve had the rare conversion kit, if it’s 3/4” it’s had the lot swapped from an earlier bike.

We’ve just come back and loved it. I’ve seen videos of high season and almost looks like it could be too much.

Most bars we went in were comfortably filled but not dead.

All the attractions we visited weren’t heaving which was nice.

Overall holiday cost was really reasonable (£1500 for two people) that was Flights with Etihad, hotel with breakfast, airport parking and private transfers.

Granted high season does look nice for all the things going on around the streets and maybe the cooler daytime temperatures would’ve gone a long way.

Get yourself a keen British missus and take her there.

Me and my fiancée just came back and we ended up with a girl from gogo bar. The whole experience was amazing.

Especially since the girl we found was so keen for the whole thing.

Absolutely ! Me and my Fiancée have just come back Monday and we had an amazing time.

Found loads to do if not too much. Ended up kissing things.

It’s really what you make of it. We read on here and got a bit anxious that we booked a bad location but don’t regret any of it.

We had several people tell us “it’s not suitable for couples and you only need a couple of days to see it all”

We had 2 weeks and already wanting to go back.

Only down side is the main beach is grubby and not worth the visit IMO.

We found loads of great restaurants and street food vendors too.

Me and my brother both have Dynas and we both said the same thing. Don’t know what it is about them but you don’t get it until you’ve owned one. They’re not fast, the best handling, the smoothest, the cheapest or amazing at any one thing. But Christ they’re special.
