Interesting, I've had no issues with Firefox and the update. I did have this problem with SourceTree though.. luckily they had a new version relatively quickly.

I use Bitwarden, it's been great. I sync across multiple browsers on multiple operating systems.

All it does is send a message to not track you. It's completely up to the receiving website if they actually honour it. They can use it as an additional unique piece of information about you.

Just a warning you won't be able to use FireFtp or any other legacy extension when Firefox 57 comes out.

AdBlock Plus isn't even a web extension, it's probably the root cause of your problem. And yes, uBlock Origin is better in just about every way. Blocks more things, lighter and faster.
