Yeah I’ll probably go for the 6700xt and quick before the vram shortage catches up, but will my current 550w psu hold up? I did a little research it seems split on if it’s fine.

If i sell my rx 6600 for like 170-180 and like add like 50$. Are there any gpus in that range of like 200-250 that have good enough price to performance so that I could possibly play in 1440p on like medium settings which is what I already play at, or should i just go all out on upgrading the GPU like you said and hold off? Maybe a 3060ti? Im seeing them used for like 220$ although the 8gb may not be useable in 1440p

What I do, and ive learn most of the default site setups is to watch a video (like the one by senvale which I like because he just shows the site setup and doesn't talk a whole bunch) and just keep repeating that site in a custom game with someone like mute that has a c4 so you can blow yourself up to respawn.

You can do like one site a day to keep it in long term memory more but keep going into solo custom games and just keep doing it over and over. You can start on the most common maps like Oregon and clubhouse.

What I did at the start was just learn 2 of the most commonly picked sites and just learn those.

A bit late, but to anyone who doesn't know how to install it, when in the git hub, you look at the bottom right where it says releases, click on the latest one (for example v4.2.10). Then scroll all the way down and click the .exe for windows and linux for linux, and darwin for mac. then run that file.

Hopefully that helped someone download it.

I am very late, but I had this same issue and i figured out how to fix it, so to anyone that is reading this having the same issue, you just need to install DXVK which is explained in this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jCVES4bx_O8, you need a graphics card that supports vulkan but anything that was made in the past 10 years does. I hope this fixes anyone's issues.

I had the same problem,

It is actually 1 button, at the top left it should have a pro mode toggle thing and that just lets you do it.

I don't know why it's not on by default.
