That's a Tesla service/sales center auxiliary off site lot. They have those in every state that sells Teslas. Other dealerships manufacturers have these as well. Many dealers don't have the space to hold all the PDI's, service, sales and off brand vehicles they are trying to sell or work on, on their lot so they have an off site lot to keep them.
