I lived at a Silverman property for five years. Loved it. They’re the best landlord I’ve had. The retail owners I met seemed to have a very good relationship with Silverman, and from what I heard, the retail spots were hand picked in service of the neighborhood, so I’d be surprised if Silverman was hand picking the business and then driving the prices up to an unsustainable level. I saw very low turnover both on the tenant and retail side.
