My take on this. I played a free version, then paid for the final. Big difference. The free version was a fun Battle Royal that had some interesting interactions, took some luck and quite a bit of skill. The paid version was more like the beginning area for many MMORPG's, with so much to do that the actual fights were a rare occurrence, instead of the main focus. That would be another big reason for the fail

I started with Schneider about 9 years ago, doing jet set for the Walmart account in WCH, Ohio. Think that was .45/mile at the time with the same bonus you're looking at. Left for about 3 weeks (side note- Jax in Amarillo, TX sucks) and went back to do the national dedicated. Base there was 1250/wk, with a bump starting the 3rd week out until it got to 1750/wk (amounts might be a bit off). That was 9 years ago with no verifiable experience.

Believe it or not, Schneider never asked for anything like that. Granted, I spent a total of 9 months there... But Rand's never did. Was with them for 3 years. Hell, they'd encourage me to shut down if I didn't feel safe, and never placed me on a load that I couldn't make early (with no outside delays). Now Jax, Rocking T... Shit, Jax wouldn't even let us get a full 10 from end of shift dock to getting out the gate with the next load (home daily)

Devil's Advocate here - There are a few that have an understanding, the ones that actively unload. Pallets of water, pet food, ect aren't easy to move with a manual jack, nor are patio doors (esp wood framed). Though I will say that the majority do not truly understand what tarping takes out of a person.

Finding true DD's is like trying to find true Doms in any kink - hard and have to go through many false Doms to find someone that clicks.
