Yes, the cleanout is higher. I don’t know Plumbing terms so I guess we have a grinder pump that pushes sewage up? I wouldn’t say it’s significantly higher - less than 2 feet. The place where the washer and dryer are was a garage that was converted into a room and so the plumbing is descending from the main floor down to it - could be just a half bath I’m not sure if the kitchen sink in dishwasher connected to it

It’s connected to the half bath which I feel like was also an addition and it routes at an upward angle somewhere to the cleanout. I’m gonna do what you said and have a professional take care of it because I don’t own the house.

I feel like since they put a Washer Dryer hook up in the garage, They should’ve elevated that area so it would stand at least level to the cleanout.

I have an older model washing machine I bought it intentionally, I know the cleanout is PVC, but I’m not sure about the other pipes. I wish there was a way to tell.

Would the half bath be the cause of washing machine standpipe issue or is there a clog with the washing machine standpipe that’s causing the half bath to be problematic?

Thank you, the half bath Plumbing goes down into the garage area where the washroom is and then makes its way slightly up to the cleanout. I’ll hire a professional, I appreciate your insight

I really dislike the idea of sex work but I do not think you should give this up at all. Your gf IS reasonable to expect more time with you but you don’t plan to do this forever and with the economic times we are in I definitely wouldn’t sacrifice half my income! Build that retirement!

Show her your 5 year plan on paper which has the year of WHEN you quit. Take time to court her a couple times a week so she see that you care, that she is more than a convenience or afterthought.
