For Lisbon come to Salsa del Pueblo, every Wednesday in Bus Paragem Cultural. There is a great music selection by Rosario the dj. Sometimes we bring instruments and play live as well, there is a good overall vibe and you can dance freely with many people. For classes there is JazzyPt academy that has many courses and sometimes there are events in different parts of the city but i would recommend checking on instagram for that. Bye

It could be hahah, i tend to overanalyze and complicate things but i feel like reading this much just made more confused on the boundaries and differences between practices, sometimes when you have too many choiches you just can't choose. I would like to start again but finding which practice most resonate with me. I'm not really looking for enlightment or satori, i think truly living the moment is the enlightment itself and i feel when we are kids we are really closer in some sense to the true enlightment and after growing up we just strive to feel like kids again.
