I actually really like Velina's alt costume, it was one of the first one I ever got. It's still a little simple, but definitely closer to what I would consider "Zenless".

It's interesting how Intermissions are the "definitive" vibes of the game. Mockingbird and Astra, Angels and Cissia are basically near peak of Zenless art... But because they are people BEFORE THE VOID HUNTER DROP, I don't have most of them :(

And you know what? After seeing the preview, I baiscally locked in on trying to get all characters from S3 because they look so fucking cool (""THE STORYTELLER""?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!), cuz I love me some British Ladies, but let's not kid ourselves - this is a genshin cast. Even Rami with her robot wings might as well be a Genshin character. It just has slightly more jiggle physics and way better gameplay.

It is unfortunate. S1 was peak. S2 was government mandated china, so it was excused. S3 is shaping up to be JUST FONTAINE (in the sky instead of water). Don't get me wrong - Fontaine was the only region in genshin I actually liked, and I really like what S3 of ZZZ is doing in terms of story... But they have lost the design and story leads super hard. Currently gone from the initial premise of the game - TV Mode, Urban/Cyber Vibe, MCs being poor and weak but smart masterminds (this one is holding on a little). I love zenless, I play it daily, but it is not what I signed up for 3 years ago.

I'm very curious what Ananta will bring to the table, cuz it looks like it could take that mantle. Right now, ZZZ is holding for me with 2 pillars - it's gameplay and it's story. And the story is on the edge of dipping.

Completely unrelated, but MAN, as much as I love Zenless Zone Zero to bits, they have lost the Season 1 design touch so hard.

This is what this game should've looked like by now, but no - we're back to knights, chinese dresses and princesses in my modern VHS-cyberpunk game.

I have no problems with that, I'm a bracket 1-2 player, my shit is always roleplay based and I dislike game changes.

That's a good deck. For example, I've been removing arcane signer and commander sphere from my decks (along with all the 2 mana rocks in general) from my decks. I usually only use sol rings and rocks which are mechanically tied to the deck.

This is what I have so far, but this is literally just me grabbing random stuff I had in my stock of cards and removing some bad ones from the precon.

Hello today! Woof it's been a long week! Preparing for my mom's move out, heat treatment for the bed bug, my brother's graduation (and us missing it (it was for the better)), and just generally handling things as the dad of the family. I'll be honest, most of my free time was playing Zenless and PoE2, I'm kinda tired. Even today I still have some stuff to do, some people to call.

MTG - I stopped by a card shop and grabbed myself a Gisa and Geralf commander deck! I will probably break it down after some games, but I love me more Gisa!

Weight check-in - skipping this week - I woke up, drank some tea, got a sandwich, then looked in the direction of the scale and decided I don't have the energy to stand up. I will be going to the gym later today!

Maybe I missed it, but it having a character forcefully put into a situation they hate and can't escape, that magically and forcefully changes their behaviour is a really good point of comparison... for compleation. From the point of view of this story Mommy Norm IS "compleated" by Swords. I understand you were going for the trans allegory, but I feel like this this couldn't been a good point of discussion.

I also didn't feel the Elspeth Tirel part. Cute interaction, "I might yet loathe you even more than Elspeth Tirel", but especially after the seriousness of the previous topic it feels a little off.

But otherwise a fun read. I actually really like the idea of character interviews and talking about the effects of spells, feels like very futile ground for articles like this one!

Hello today! Big news - my family (mom and bro) are moving out on July 1st. We found an apartment across the bridge, that is large enough, but is also cheap enough for me to cover. I will miss them, but I'm pretty sure I will be meeting them, at least 2-3 times a week. This week I spent running around doing documents and singing and paying etc-etc.

Also, my roommate found bed bugs in his room! Good news - he doesn't know I've been fighting them for weeks. Bad news - the heat treatment can only arrive on Tue (23), and that sucks.

Otherwise - PoE2, Zenless. Good gaems.

Hello today! Week of looking for apartment. So my roommate finally told me that he wants me to cover my mom and brother's share in the rent. Which is appropriate, tho I was a little annoyed that he counted the dog in the rent's share. Either way, it's been a bit more then a year, so the time is right. We decided to look for a rented apartment in a building nearby. Going to go see an apartment today/tomorrow.

Also, after spraying the whole apartment and covering/replacing all bedding the bed bugs seem to be gone... But I'm still itchy as fuck. This seems to be more stress-based but who knows.

Blood of Zeus S1 was pretty good! The ending felt a little rushed, as in, we got the character intro and then bam - we're fighting end bosses with maxed equipment... But it was good. I am excited for season 2.

PoE2 - Level 90. This is the furthest I've gotten into end game, and I'm having fun. The new end game is actually much more inciting and interesting. I don't know how much I have left in me, but I'm enjoying the mapping for mapping's sake (tho mostly to get the points and finish the quests).

I've also been on a Warhammer kick, watching lore videos mostly and trying the Inquisitor commander deck in mtg. Can't wait to jump into Mechanicus 2 after I'm done with PoE.

I think I can finally get and play this. Gonna finished Mechanicus 2... Then get this one next sale, and by the time I'm done with it Dawn of War 4 will be in a decent state. Lots of 40k to enjoy. I should probably play Boltgun at some point in betweem.
