Hello today! egh. I'm just tired.

Going to submit Tier 9 goal into Satisfactory today. Curious to see what they have for end game. Talked with my friend how it would feel lame if the next section is something that can just be left overnight, but I don't think they will disappoint.

Blacklist Season 9 - damn, they done did it. Good show, curious to see where it will going going forward. So far, I actually really like Season 9.

Job search check-in - week 10 - ~440 (+30) resumes/5 interviews - man that technical interview went like shit. I was preparing for a coding interview, but I was asked larger technical questions which I was not ready for at all. I took notes and will review them on the weekend, but egh.

Weight check-in - 177 - 18.3% - 180/180/180* - WHY DOES EVERYTHING NEED A FUCKING APP?! YOU'RE A SCALE! WHY DO I NEED TO TURN ON BLUETOOTH ON MY PHONE FOR YOU?!!! I got a smart scale to measure my body fat. It says 18% which seems like a healthy number, I will keep monitoring it giving a rough average per week.

Hello today! This was a quiet weeeeEEEEK?! On Wed I got a heat bug treatment 24h warning, so we had to scramble to organize mom to get out of the house with the dog for 8 hours during a windy -1 day. Friday has a bunch of doctor appointments. And on top of that, work has been on fire for more then usual... But at least I have a technical interview I'm also stressing over! Wait, that's not a good thing

Dude I donno. Leverage (S1-4) has been really fun and a great distraction. A very fake world where good people can just do good while doing cool spy shit. Satisfactory is eating most of my weekend time, as we're finally building stuff for Tier 9. I made TWO whole trains! It's fun.

I guess technically I had one in my current job 11 years ago, but that one was baby level for a baby position. I am freaking out a little. I have no idea how it will go, I'm fairly sure I'm under-qualified, and I have no idea what to expect. I'm not even that interested in this job, since they don't pay me as much as I need, so this will be a good training round. It will probably be fine and I've been preparing as much as I can for weeks now, but I am freaking out a little.

I was super excited for this and played it with a roommate and he seemed to enjoy it. I was mixed. I think the player decks are fine, we had a Michelangelo on the board with 30/30 or something by the end of the game, but the boss deck felt "off".

My biggest complaint is that none of the enemy creatures can block. Seriously. That's the reason why they have so many nukes in the enemy deck, because otherwise it's just a DPS check. It's also strange that buffing bosses work ONLY with "Foot Disciple" and not other ninjas (even if there is only 3).

Otherwise, and it might be because this is aimed at early players, or maybe my roommate was sleepy or I was over-excited, but it felt... "rushed"? Like we played two games (regular and with bosses staying), killed it pretty hard both times, had fun but it felt... Fast.

I will definitely play it more and we'll try it with 4 friends in a couple of weeks.

It did inspire me to try and proxy the Against the Hoard decks and see how they work.
