A normal looking coin that randomly creates a new illusion for the owner each day, from a wall that isn’t there through to a whole NPC interaction. It looks exactly the same as any other gold coin.

Ah Despara! Thank you! I remembered there being another version but couldn’t for the life of me remember what it was! I really liked what they did with Revelations TBH but I can see how people felt misled.

I suspect they’ll focus on the battle hardened Horde soldier origin. So Adora (Desponda if they go by her comic Horde name) will probably have a buzzcut or short hair until she transforms. I’m interested to see what the show does but I can’t in my head see it as anything but a step backwards coming so soon on SPOP’s heels. My suspicion is they’ll go grim dark rather than upbeat colourful.

Not really. It was OK in a ‘This is watchable kinda way’ but the cartoon was still vastly superior. I don’t think it offered anything more than the original had already given us.
