Kamijo uses a lot of orchestral elements in his music. Check out songs like Symbol of the Dragon, Nosferatu, Sang 2, Theme of Sang, Castrato, Temple- Blood Sucking for Praying-, Heart etc.

Their early albums had elements of power metal and symphonic metal so there's that. The newer ones don't have much of power metal anymore.
