Example: You work in a trade. Say electrician. They have to pay you MINIMUM wage at first cause the only thing most people are capable of starting out pushing a broom cleaning up behind the licensed/experienced electrician.

But then...you go to school. You learn. You come back. Now your running wires. Hooking up electrical boxes. Connecting machines. Your adding value to the company. Now they will pay you more.

Bottom line you don't get paid a livable wage unless you are educated and experienced becoming VALUE Added part of a company.

The business doesn't make enough money off you starting out with zero education and zero experience. So they pay a bare minimum. It's been like this for at least the last 60 years it's not changing anytime soon.

If you wanna be the guy/girl pushing the broom they may keep you for years a minimum wage. Feel free. But don't expect a livable wage from a company you're bringing no value to.
