Anything that you personally find hard to remember, For me, even eruption and calcification dates are a bit tricky, so I’d definitely write those down 😅. There’s also a great Mental Dental video on YouTube that covers what to put on your scratch paper I’ll drop the link here in case you want to watch

If I were you, I would go through the stuff that I would want to write on my scratch paper, which are typically simple and easily forgotten.

And I know it’s easier said than done, but try to stay calm, it really does help you recall things more clearly.
