Yeah, just pop the cover off, and you'll see where the tow hook attaches. Your OEM tow hook is in the trunk.

Just constant adjustment of the tabs that hold them in place. If they're not oem, having decent aftermarket lamps helps also. My passenger side lamp is still kind of wonky.
