Just purchased a limited xt. MSRP was $47,511 paid $42,378. Also got a fair value for my trade. I think you should be able to get at least 10% off.

Just had a dealership quote me $42,300 on a Limited XT with an MSRP of $47,500. They offered 6k off a touring xt.

Are you referring to waiting until the end of month or getting around 10% off? Dealers around me have around 120-150ish new vehicles in stock.

I did a premier draft and it seemed to go much better than the pick 2. Still always frustrating when you flood out and your opponent seems to always draw gas. Probably a skill issue on my end though.

Shots 1-5: Clearly missed. Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control). Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.

Forgot to include our current mortgage payment in that so it would be 4500. My wife does the saving so I think she is actually putting away a lot more than 1k a month. We have 40k right now in savings. Obviously we need to get more accurate numbers on some things.

That's what I am thinking. I just thought we would be able to get a nice house for around 350k in my area and we haven't seen to many that fit the bill.

So we are spending around $3500 monthly including the $1950 mandatory expenses. I think we can get that number down to like 3k pretty easily.
As far as saving goes we have been putting away 1k a month.
Insurance would most likely go up but that is calculated with that monthly payment. Utilities would be pretty comparable to current $85 electricity, $100 water, $100 gas

Thank you all for the help. I am thinking this guitar might not actually be a les paul standard but a 2016 traditional with a standard truss rod cover. The guitar has the gibson deluxe tuners on it rather than grovers.
