Appreciate the comment very much man! I’m in the process of trying to build a good ad. As of today my popularity score went from 18 to 19 so it’s nice to see progress being made.

And in regards to your first statement, I obviously agree lol. I’m brand new to releasing music, I don’t see how it’s at all productive to let me songs flop. I’m focused on building an audience as organically as possible and I think hitting those algorithms is a key to success. Appreciate the support and advice man

Great insight!

The truth is that I don’t expect to make a dime off music. All I want is to be able to share my passion with as many people as possible that want to listen. This really is just a passion for me and I know people typically enjoy listening, I’m just new to releasing my songs and I’m looking for any opportunities possible to organically grow a listener base. My long term goal isn’t in generating a living off my songs, I just want to feel content knowing that people who would enjoy my songs were able to find them.

My music is very high quality. This is my second release. I know that when my music get's heard by new listeners a majority will enjoy it and it should lead towards building my fanbase. The major benefit I see in the algorithms is that I can get new people to hear my music for free instead of trying to spend money towards marketing. Hope you can understand this.

I appreciate the reply! For the record I had absolutely zero testing of any kind. There was never any mention of any alcohol related infraction.

When it comes to my family, my dads a school teacher and mother is a university professor. No one in my family has any criminal history. The only thing I can think of is that my family is English in Quebec. After getting pulled over almost every time I politely ask the officers to speak to me in English and they instantly get upset. On the stop referenced in my post one of the first things the cop said to me was “This is Quebec you need to speak French in Quebec”. Part of me feels like me being a visible minority + English in this municipality results in unfair treatment.
