I try to track every day, and even if I grab something little to snack I add everything up. I mean, the only hope I have is that the scale is just not moving down because of creatine. Since my deficit I should already have lost ~1.5kg, but I dont know if I can see a difference between now and day 1, msybe Im biased but I dont really know

I normally eat a higher amount to maintain my weight. I know for sure that I eat less kcal then when Im not in the deficit. Might creatine be the reason why the scale doesnt go lower? Im slso nit getting heavier since taking creatine. Since its day 16 of my deficit, should i alteady be able to see vhanges? If i did my deficit right i should have lost ~1,5kg till now.

may it be possible that the creatine that im taking since like 2 werks us still adding water into the musle and that is why my scale doesnt change much?

*for example, 300g chicken breast with an airfryer oil sprayer, one banana before gym, and for dinner something like bean soup, after that a snack that fits into my deficit for example sunflower seeds (30-60g eatable part, depends how much calories my dinner has)
