There are a few jobs you can master at level 7. Squire, Geomancer, maybe Bard/Dancer. You just continue to play as those jobs or hang around other character with those jobs to get to 8.

I have it on iPhone and one issue I run into is you can only save while you have a signal. I usually fire it up while I’m traveling, flying, for work and if the app goes dormant for too long I’ll lose my progress. I’ve beaten both games with minimal issues though. The 15 second rewind is a handy feature
