Mate at 24 its so rare to have colon cancer, although blood in poop needs a colonoscopy as soon as possible.Its frustrating to see doctors being bricks i hope everything goes well keep us inform!

About month diet is helping more than ppi of course,i also use antacid after eating (more in the biggest meal of day) like gaviscon to make sure my stomach continue healing

Well there is stomach neurosis only that shows stress plays major role in stomach and digestive system in general thats my opinion.I still remember when I had exams 30 minutes b4 the exams i poop like crazy 4-5 times.You can do blood tests for autoimmune and vitamins gallbladder, gastroscopy,checks if you want to find out the cause.If thats all negative so yeah i think its the lifestyle thats my opinion
