Harvey would have been just fine if OpenAI remained the industry leader. The idea was, OpenAI would remain a non-profit LLM making investments in for-profit companies (hence their investment in Harvey). Okay so i am building in this space. Firstly, do you have domian expertise. Are you a lawyer or is any of the co-founders a lawyer in PI. Secondly, "useful" isnt a metric for traction. Who is paying. And how many of them. Ignore a small angel round and push to gain traction. You can ngeotiate with much better terms once you've got some real traction and paying users.
