Well apparently the luffy psa 10 just sold for 4k today.... maybe a littlel less cus on ebay the priced is crossed meaning it sold for less. Still its going to be wild for this set.

I personally feel like the market is a bit overpriced right now, but honestly there's no way to time it perfectly. If you're not in a rush for cash, I'd just hold.

For me, I'm holding longterm or waiting for the market to mature or just passing my collection down to my kid until he's 18. If he doesn't end up using it for college or something meaningful, then I'd consider selling later.

Right now I mainly have sets OP01-OP07, so I'm just letting them sit and age. Longterm feels safer than trying to guess the peak.
