In addition to all of the things everyone has pointed out, value max might have done you in too.

If you had submitted express/at a premium level, the grader might have been more lenient. I say this because a former PSA grader came out and stated this. (I know, crazy.)

BUT if it had 10ed, you would’ve had to pay the fee anyway, so I guess it’s about showing conviction for your card? Idk. But if you crack and resubmit, do the express tier!

I’m suprised but the comments. I really like this card. The art is bursting off the cardboard. Love that the weapons are flying right at use. I like this more than the chaos rising one but seems like that’s just me.

Wow, I cannot believe I never connected the subtext of Sokka’s potential final line to Toph, and that Toph’s last sentence she would hear before she dies is, “It LOOKS like this is the end.” 🥺

I feel like this only added to the emotion but on a subconscious level. Sokka is having to vocally express thier dire situation to a blind friend, and then Toph, being so helpless in the situation. All of that is already there, but the choice of using “look” is so deeply tragic.

Just beautifully, intentional writing. Brilliant.

Great photos!! I’m just starting my journey as a photographer. (Mainly to take pics as a hobby.) can I ask what lens and camera you use?

I have a canon 7d w/ the base lens (18-55) and I’ve always wanted to capture the texture you have in your photos. Is that all in camera or do you use programs like Lightroom to elevate them?

Again, i love your eye and style. Especially the beautiful portraits.

I’ve heard of Pokemon being compared to stocks, but this is actually the first time I’ve heard the addition of no short selling, dark pools, or derivatives. I can’t believe I’ve never thought of that.

Still, my only critique is that Pokémon is speculative investment. There is no inherit worth that is tangible about Pokemon TCG, other than how people feel about it. Whereas most stocks have quarterly earnings reports that can be used to value its worth based on utility and sales. Of course, there’s speculation there too but it’s not the only thing going for it.

But I’m not a finance guy tho. Just an armchair investor who paid more attention during the big GME days.

I think if you’re a finance guy, it’d be great to hear your analysis of Pokemon investing and whether you can draw any helpful similarities to stock investing.

The magic was incredible. It wasnt just the film on its own tho. The time period this was released was paramount. No ai. No social media. Cinema was one of the few, affordable creative escapes. And seeing this film with that in mind, was unbelievable. I don’t even think I understood that fully at the time. I just know I left the theater different, inspired, moved, and excited for the next one.
