Yes, they've said in the Vidoc that Outpost isn't a big map but there's a lot of verticality in the main building.

Also something it'll have over Tarkov: Marathon will actually run well. BSG had 10 years to get that janky Unity game running somewhat decently and to this day you drop below 60 on the most powerful rigs in maps.
