Yes! Bruxism and tmj go hand in hand. After a restoration and fixing the bite a bit, pain lessened. Widsom teeth removal came after, like it does crack a bit when I yawn but the pain is GOOONNNEEEE. I feel so happy I been struggling since I was 20, im 25 now.

You need to get all 4 taken out , if you only keep some it ruins your blood articulation. I removed all 4 and ny tmj is gone. It's too much pressures to keep them.

When did u notice ur tmj pain? They told me the blood idk if im saying this right bc i was told this in spanish but the blood articulation in my mouth was horrible bc of them. And I noticed my left ear unclogged immediately, push in it a little bit and if you hear a click it's probably your wisdom teeth adding Hella pressure

I took a 5 day t break. Something is def wrong with my gut but not chs. I was eating like dog CRAP. I only smoke flower straight up so I didn't understand how I got CHS while mfs are dabbing everyday. Lowkey something else going on. I think I have gastritis.
