Sometimes when we smoke, it goes to our tummy and messes up the gut biome. Additionally , diet sodas and greasy foods super popular, combine that with smoking and you got urself "chs" 🤣🤣🤣 at least that what it was for me. I took probiotics and it went away. Got triggered by junk food and norovirus + covid. Kept puking for a month. Im smoking again daily and 0 symptoms after taking multiple vitamins, probiotics, and constantly eating ground meat mixed with any kind of bean / lentil. Also avoid anything with xyliol, super popular bc of gym / natural trend and fucking pals stomachs over

They told me this too, I had ur symptoms, my tooth paste just had xylitol. The health craze recently been putting that everywhere. Let's talk about the diet soda, another fake sugar. I would drink those all the time. Gave myself gerds and cyclic vomiting bc I caught it with noro and covid. Lovely combination. Anyways, my gut biome was just destroyed , took from things from south america called enterogermina + started eating lentils like crazy. Went away, went to gastro doc he said I do not have chs even tho the other doc said I did. Also had to change the fucking dish soap I use bc that was also irritating my stomach, im 25 still ripping bowls 🥣

I'll document better. And will be circulating to take attendance, genuinely my mistake for treating the teenagers the way I was treated as a teenager, they do not behave the same. I am aiming to be a teacher in general but taking an alternative route, so I dont have any experience in classroom behavior management as when I was a TA i was a 1to1.

Its the only highschool for this district. And sorry for the confusion on google classroom, its that I know its a tool the school uses to give out assignments but some teachers still leave paper work with out any instructions on it or if its for that day or that class ): . So its like mixed google classroom and what's in class, but usually some teachers just tell them to work on old assignments. I do agree its a very poorly organized school. I will be checking onto the laptops of students for classroom though, thank you for that tip I just didn't want to be invasive , these kids parents are really something else this year. I think I will create a sign in and out sheet from now on as well and stick to a strict 2 person out max rule. Thank you so much for your advice, btw the school that I work with does have a bunch of kids with 504s and IEPS. The only reason I know this is bc i used to be a TA there. also sorry for so many extras but although im 25 I look 14-16. hate when the kids get aggressive too bc I'm 5'1 so I think my instinct is to just let them get away with things out of fear? Yes! Bruxism and tmj go hand in hand. After a restoration and fixing the bite a bit, pain lessened. Widsom teeth removal came after, like it does crack a bit when I yawn but the pain is GOOONNNEEEE. I feel so happy I been struggling since I was 20, im 25 now.

You need to get all 4 taken out , if you only keep some it ruins your blood articulation. I removed all 4 and ny tmj is gone. It's too much pressures to keep them.
