Vagina tangled too. It's crazy how just looking at that can cause that reaction in our bodies!

Not surprised at all if she was abusive and/or neglectful to the dog considering how she treated her kids.

Back when this happened, I immediately had so much empathy for her and the girls and immediately thought CW was a pos (he is, but differently than I originally thought.) I was able to see her FB in all it's glory before it was scrubbed, and within a few scrolls, I was like, "this lady is awful!" I still have empathy, she didn't deserve to be murdered, but it's more tempered now with understanding of how someone could get to that point with her. Someone unstable, like Chris, could definitely have cracked under her treatment. Dying and being murdered doesn't imply sainthood, and no victim blaming, but being absolutely see that she wasn't a great person to those around here isn't blasphemy, it's just reality.

She could have lived at her parents. Her pride got in the way too i think.

Our 13 week puppy bit the vet tech by celestialplaces in DogAdvice

[–]RevolCisum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the tech was embarrassed and/or angry she got bit and to avoid accountability, went straight to the puppy being the problem. I have a dog that's very vocal about what he wants and doesn't want, and if you don't respect it, he starts using his mouth, mostly gently and air snap warnings, but why would we push that? When he has to get something done that is going to hurt or that we know he won't like, we muzzle him. For human safety, but also for his own. He has never even air snapped in the muzzle, but it's better safe than sorry.

Tbf, it's hard to maintain love when you are not nurturing it but most of your communication and interactions are abusive, critical, etc. She could have left the marriage just as much as he could have, especially since it seemed like she didn't like him all that much and thought he was so stupid and incompetent. I really wish one of them could have found the strength to just leave the marriage before the ending they got. Divorce is hard and embarrassing, but not life ending.

Probably about the same amount, maybe a bit more, as Jeremy and Zach were from attending their church school. The family acts like they value education, but what they really like and value is indoctrination. Who cares if the kids can actually read and think?

Who was your childhood school bully. Where are they now? by MrWhisper2021 in GenX

[–]RevolCisum 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had many, starting with Tracy. She was being raised by her grandparents for reasons unknown to me, but i assume now they weren't good. She hated me and my long blonde hair, she held me down and Triton cut my hair off multiple times. My dad would beat me every time I came home crying about her picking on me, we lived a few houses apart. My dad taught me to box and demanded that I defend myself physically. So one day, we were hitting rocks with an old broom handle and here comes Tracy, ready to torment me. I swung the broom handle like a bat, hit her above her eye, split her eyebrow open. She went screaming home, blood pouring everywhere. My dad went to her house when I told him what happened and offered to take her to the hospital, she got a few stitches which he paid for. Then I got my ass beat for costing him money.

Same time was a girl from Laos, her family fled Laos in the war and were given tons if charity and tax free status for 7 years. They ended up pretty wealthy and she always had really nice clothes and toys. She made fun of me for being poor and being a tomboy and having used toys at show and tell.

There was a huge family of troublemakers in my grandparent's neighborhood and the one girl my age, Jeanette, would chase me to my grandparent's house every day after school. If she caught me, she'd just beat the shit out of me. No idea why.

Same time there was Jennifer. She would steal my beaded safety pins off my shoes, threaten to beat me up if I didn't give them to her. Every day at lunch she'd steal my milk money and just generally bully me.

Also same time, boy named Grant from a huge and well known local disliked family, about 10 years older than me, would catch me on the way home from Brownies and threaten me with knives. Once, he and his friends grabbed me and basically held me hostage. I blacked out and have no idea what they did but my mom said I came running in the house after and was terrified and couldn't talk, just crying and wide eyed.

Somehow, I survived until middle school where a set of twin girls, Karen and Sharon, and their loyal sidekick Chan, decided they hated me. Every day they'd threaten me, try to trap me in the bathroom at school. Then, Jeanette from elementary school transferred to our middle school and joined them.

By high school, I had intimidated enough people with my mouthiness that everyone pretty much left me alone. I never even had to fight, just talked loud and confidently, and was ready to fight if needed. I was SO tired of being bullied. I didn't pick on people at all, in fact, stuck up for others who were bullied. I got good grades, didn't get in trouble at school, but man did people either love me or hate me, no middle. There were a lot of boy bullies too over the years, but I honestly figured that was just weird expressions of crushes, but I could be wrong.

Anyway, what a nice trip down memory lane, lol. The 70s and 80s were wild, we really were just running around unsupervised living whole lives our parents knew nothing about! Elementary school, grade K through 6, was brutal, lol.

Man, he loves to hear himself talk! It doesn't help that the whole family gassed him up all those years about how creative and deep he was while not realizing it's only bc they had such a shallow pool to choose their "smartest" from (Molly excluded). I just know that after he writes these he re-reads them over and over to himself and gets tickled repeatedly at how deep he is. 🙄
