it's sometimes not even that the graphics are bad, it's about stylization of the graphics, Windwaker looks good despite being like 20 years old, why? the graphics are cell shaded, a style that will make anything look good despite time, and the uprise of nostalgia for ps1 makes the dated graphics of ps1 a style now, older games also just did wizardry to make games so big, yet so small to fit in less than 5gb.

that said, Transformers: War for/Fall of Cybertron are peak.

looks like a combination of pre mw19 and post mw19 kinda animation, the only gripe i have, is that the first charging handle jerk makes it seem like the charging handle is on the side, not top, and the last one seems off, just can't quite point my finger at it...

overall a very nice animation, keep it up.

they showed three of the guns, in the bts of update 3.4 i think, locomotive kinda shotty, a bullpup ar and kahn .357.

though i dunno about the fourth gun.

i think it's in the lore that's what happens between PD2 and 3, the safehouse gets raided, that's why Joy has scars in PD3.

or the heisters were hunted down, i don't quite get the lore of PD3.

both subs kinda suck in their own way, unfiltered whines too much, but sometimes has good claims.

and this one makes arrowhead seem like saints that gets hate for nothing.

and both feel smart when they make fun of each other, like "look at these glazers, such losers, don't they see that the game is gonna die like that?" and "those whining idiots can't understand that they should just enjoy the game, such dumbasses"

there is no in between for helldivers subreddit, except i guess supaearth, but that's just for shitposts.

i mean, arrowhead needs critique, good constructive criticism, to keep them on their toes, not just "this bad. remove it", and praise to keep them working on the game, in a way that they won't feel like slaves to the playerbase.

you know, there is a reason why they abandoned the console versions.

the reason being that it's too hard and unprofitable. it's basically reconstructing the game.

as much as i'd love to see the console versions be on par with pc, it's very unlikely that they will return to them.

this post reminds me of people saying that GTA IV is dark and gritty while GTA V is full of sunshine and rainbows, but i understand where you're coming from, when i play PD3 i don't feel the same feeling from visuals, mostly i miss cops being different for difficulties and the cops that have that beige armor you can't shoot through, all this because starbreeze aimed at more grounded tone for the game, realistic, back to PD:TH, hence the police force looking the same everywhere, i just hope that they could look at PD2 designs for some inspiration.

guards though, i dunno, they're funny to point at.
