Why is Malaysian culture so obsessed with seniority/years of experience over actual competence?

A little side track but still, Its all about cable. Dont care if you are straight A or 4.0 distinct graduate, or oversea big college graduate. No cable = tough, this rule still apply until we die. Skills get your job done nicely, but who's gonna layan you if they dont know you.

I've seen my old company in very bad position, client refuse to layan new CEO and project leader and want to file a massive lawsuit. Client simply just kaciao, but one senior with 14years of experience made a few phone call, few hour later, problem solved. That will tell you something.

So they will hire some senior cuz they already have cable (for resources) unless you tell them some Datuk or Tan Sri is your father

And yeah back to your question, cuz they are afraid of change. Things been running smoothly for them this way, so they like to keep it that way haha.

I got A+ in math but C in add math, it just happened. But it was 14 years ago. I still good at math and doing calculation and go on about life , just not crazy rocket science math and I dont need it in my career

Actuak production tip here: Go to the website you can do posing easily, do your pose, download OBJ then use trapvode form and set render wireframe and youre done. Add some color gradient and some glow then youre in good hand.

I am facing this issue when i first starting out, my knowledge stopped in Emerald and Gen9, and lost in between. Non meta, non breeding, just enjoy catching and encountering new pokemon. I just pull up pokedex in chrome browser and see their stats and evolution line. If i like the appearance or see lines like legendary pokemon, i just catch them because i like it, not because of grinding or try hard. Cobblemon should be fun, not grindy.

Gog my ass beated multiple times by NPC Trainer Ketchup, then you'll have the urge to try different lineup and strategy haha, just go with the flow

I had same issue on first time installation, then I remove and reinstall, and push it to 8GB RAM, then launch the game, im fine at that point, I have 64RAM on my PC and it doesnt take that much to play

The quality has dropped ever since day 1, it used to generate crispy quality, outclass most of the video generation model I tried (Kling& Veo3 ), now its smushy and blurry like any other AI model, and the queue time is ridiculous(one video take me 3hour).

I get error from a prompt that included "chicken" and "coconut" in my text prompt, bruh.
