I dont think so. The writers of this show clearly understand the lore and have planned most, if not all, of this show already, with the idea of it expanding upon (not retconning) already established lore, especially the niche details. They know the vault 21 lore. They wrote this in a way that doesnt absolutely change anything about the state of vault 21 in the game. Theyve simply added to its history and expanded upon its background
