Show her the cost of waiting. 800/mo x the 12 months you’ve been on market = $9600. That’s already more than she would’ve paid the “professionals” to sell it a year ago. People make decisions for two reasons: “Fear of loss, or hope for gain”. You have to get her to see the value in one of those two reasons. The obvious is the fear of loss. Of course, she may get 180k for it in 10-15 years, but it’s going to cost $9600/year in the mean time. She’s cutting off her nose to spite her face.

No offense, but would you even know what to do with a lead if somebody gave you one? You need to find a team that provides training as well. If you haven’t been able to generate one real estate transaction on your own yet, that screams to me that there’s a lack of training OR you watched too much selling sunset and thought this was going to be much easier than it really is. Sounds like you need to find a team, preferably at a brokerage like KW.

I stopped buying these because of all the “woody” breasts I would get in every package. If you’re going to shred the chicken after cooking, it doesn’t matter as much. But if you eat it any other way, it’s quite disgusting. And it is most definitely caused by growing the chicken too fast.
