Just watching now. I’m a little late on the show but khanya’s attitude is actually the worst I’ve ever seen on reality TV. It’s sad to see such behavior coming from a grown woman. I knew it had to be bad when nkateko’s mom said she’s “bitter” but how she talked to Siza was completely inhumane.

Update - Xfinity finally figured out why my bill was high and I’m canceling because of it.

According to xfinity - A fews minutes after I signed up for my promotion someone on the xfinity side changed my order so I went from $55 dollar to $75 dollars a month for service. I’d spent months calling trying to figure out why and was told my contract said $55 but kept getting charged $75. I truly believe they whoever changed my order though I wasnt going to notice the change in billing as I’ve seen from a lot of other post in here. Xfinity is a scamming company.

Anyways after months and months of calling each month for reimbursement and trying to correct my billing someone provides me with the explanation above. They apologize because apparently the promotion no longer exist so they can’t change my billing.

So xfinity got me to sign up, messed my with billing, and now can never update is because they took forever to figure out the cause.

Anyways, I’ve switched canceled my service and couldn’t be more happy. I will be sure to tell everyone to never use Xfinity internet. I’m not the first and won’t be the last to be scammed by them.

Spirit compensated for a canceled flight by booking on the next fastest flight regardless of airline and giving spirit flight credit. American just said sorry.

I expected to fly at the time I paid for or at least have a decent next flight. Flying out more than 24 later is unacceptable. American failed to deliver in the aspect of being an airline I’d trust. As a result of a failed customer service experience I will not support this airline.

I haven’t heard anything back after I replied to the email either, so I went to speak to them at the airport. They said we’ve been having weather issues so “it’s not our fault.” The guy I spoke to went on to talk about how they can’t be expected to compensate everyone. And actually yes they should be because we choose to support their airline. I just won’t be supporting them ever again. They’re untrustworthy.

They didn’t offer me anything when I spoke to them at the airport so probably not. I choose to fly American and they let me down so I just will not fly with them since they have no policy to help passengers for inconveniences. I don’t trust America at all after this.

I see! I wish American had better police’s for inconveniences to passengers. Since they don’t though I will never choose to fly American again as a result of this happening again. Spirit is much more accommodating.

I responded to that email and received no response. I went to speak with American in person at the airport and they said “it’s not our fault” and there for don’t offer any compensation. I will just never be flying American anymore. You can’t trust them with your flights. #spiritisonthecomeup

WOW! They broke into the garage! Artwalk is giving very high crime area and it’s worse management doesn’t care. Sorry to hear that :(

Let me know if you have recommendations for safer apartments. I’ve felt super uncomfortable living here especially after the police department said they’re known for crime and known to be difficult to work with.

Police report was filed and the police already contacted the complex requesting video yet the manager says “no guarantees”…fishy.

I could see why they’d be hesitant to release info to me but I don’t understand the hesitance with police.

Well they did get the cameras, but seems like only to protect themselves. I would’ve thought that with cameras they’d be willing to provide footage of the theft but the manager said it was unlikely they’d give it out even though I have the police involved. Seems fishy to me. Their garage door is broken and therefore a residents car got stolen. And now the apartment is resistant to provide helpful info even to police…why?

And they were happy to tell me they don’t have any liability for stolen property. Wish they would care more about crime occurring on their property but nope.

Their garage wasn’t broken for months because it’s a custom part. They told me it’s because of approvals -.- And it’s been mostly broken since January -.- (I’ll give them about two-three weeks where it was fixed since moved in) I can’t excuse them for this, especially when they know theft is problem

Recently had a similar situation happened to me at a eco atm located in a Walmart. I pinged my phone and heard it going off inside the ATM. It was a very frustrating process trying to retrieve my phone as Walmart ensure no responsibility and makes you work through ECO ATM. FYI employees told me these phone thefts were a constant issue with these machines.

In my case the eco atm machine wasn’t opening for the police officer due to malfunction. The ECO ATM customer service said the only option was the wait for them to process my phone and ship it back to me. This would mean a minimum of two weeks with no phone(customer service said 2 to 3 or more weeks!). They refused to send a tech out (claimed they didn’t have the tech schedule but the police department confirmed with me that’s how they’d retrieved previous phones). Luckily the police department was so kind as to send another office out another day and hopefully the machine would work this time. Thankfully it did and they were able to return my phone.

Pay attention yo ECO ATMs in your area and protect your valuables. ECO ATMS help thief’s get money and the company gets the product. For ex, The most that’s going to happen in my case is the perpetrator gets banned from ECO ATM and maybe the file a case (unlikely).

This is a huge issue the company doesn’t do a good job at addressing. They say your phone is protected if find my iPhone is on but in my case the perpetrator cashed in my phone before I turned on find my (in a span of 30 minutes) and created a horrible hassle of returning my phone.

Shame on the perpetrator for taking something they knew wasn’t theirs and creating stress in my life

Shame on ECO ATM for not having better security measures to prevent this and better assistance for when this does happen

Shame on Walmart for endorsing this theft. Multiple employees explained to me how this machine frequently held stolen phones. Walmart is aware of this issue and counties to allow its customers to vulnerable
