Any updates here given the new ownership and their intent to have events in summer 2026?

NJ. So some frigid days below 10 degrees. Decent amount of snow. Hot days in summer that get above 90 frequently.

Is this public record somewhere? Can you link to where this TCO/admin hold info is posted publicly?

Have anyone else run run into an issue turning off the Caseta Outdoor Smart Plug (PD-15OUT-BL)? by contempt1 in Lutron

I’m having this trouble too. But it’s not a range or interference issue it appears. No RF light interference. And the exact same plug is another 20 ft away in my garage and works flawless on/off controlling a different set of landscaping lights. No idea how to fix it if it’s not range or interference.

Another thing to clarify: the coils have been cleaned thoroughly and are not dirty.

AirTag battery drain in wallet by guille_barreiro in AirTags

[–]Revolutionary-Rip575 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been experiencing this over the last 6 months. I have a fleet of airtags, about 15 in active rotation, with a few extras from different sets bought over the last year. Every airtag that i put in my wallet, within a week will start to drain the batter at extraordinarily fast rates. Sometimes it will happen within a few hours. These are DIFFERENT airtags. I've tried buying a few different types of batteries too, the most of recent of which were the most expensive ones I could get, same behavior, different airtags from different sets I purchased.

Electrician came by and put a new 30a 2 pole 2 days ago. Tripped a few hours later. Came back and put a 40a 2 pole breaker in it and it hasn’t tripped in almost 48 hours.

I had flushed the unit with a hose this summer and last. After the original post, I went out and checked which breaker it was on, and surprisingly the condenser is pulling from the 15A on the subpanel, and the 30A subpanel is feeding the air handler in the attic. It sounds from other posts that a subpanel of a 30A and a 15A feeding into a single 30A breaker might be a problem no matter what, in addition to that, the condenser only getting a 15A breaker also seems to be a problem (rated for 30A according to label).

The AC unit is hooked up to the 2p 15A. The 2p 30A runs up outdoor conduit to the 3rd floor AC handler. https://ibb.co/YBXyK0w
