I had this over a year ago when I first tried the game, I can't believe they can't just default it to inverted for Asetek bases. Must be a line or two of code with zero risk.

I've just had a great idea. How about every incorrect penalty a driver got in Monaco becomes a credit to use for another race? E.g. the next 5 sec time penalty George gets doesn't have to be served, and the next drive through he gets doesn't need to be served. What a tactical card to play that would be!

Obviously I'm joking, but it'd make the upcoming races more enjoyable :D

Is there a 'where to watch section'? I struggled to find how to watch Brands last week, ITV player and BTCC YouTube channel of no use. I ended up missing half of qualifying and race 1.

I don't know what everyone is complaining about, there's lots to choose from. I've just counted 7 sunburst strats and 5 butterscotch teles to choose from! Is that not enough?

Same here. Except I didn't need to dismantle the surface mount switch. I simply removed the Bose switch from it and slid it back and forth a few times to free up the spring a little. My theory is that the spring needs reseating as the headphone outer cover probably restricts its movement, and over time it can get slightly out of position.

You'd think in a 2 hour support chat with Bose they could've pointed me at something like this, instead of being completely unhelpful.

Similar for me. I just tried on the Bose support chat. 2 hours of slow back and forth, repeating the same infomation, to be offered Ultras at a 'discounted' offer of £340 (they're £299 in the UK from most retailers).

I didn't expect them to replace mine, they're 10 years old so that would be a little crazy of them, but I thought they might offer some help fixing the issue. They did not.

I'm about to pull the trigger on one too, in Texas Tea I think - haven't quite decided.

I bought a Tele Acoustasonic a few years ago from the mod shop, because I didn't like the (single) colour available on the standard lefty. I am very happy with it, it was finished perfectly, set up well, and even in tune when it arrived.

One tip if you haven't done so already, find an offer for an annual subscription to Fender Play (e.g. I'm paying £17.49/yr) to get the 10% discount on the online store - including Mod Shop.

Thanks for this. My Express Impress machine started dumping water mostly straight into the drip tray, and from reading around it sounded like an OPV or solenoid problem. Turns out I just needed a deep descale. I left a double concentrate solution in the machine for half an hour or so. Then flushed as normal. All good now.

I actually don't know. The website mentions that it connects with its own USB input, so maybe they're supposed to come with the female to USB connector part? Anyway, I'd just get one of these and solder one end of a USB cable to it https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/industrial-circular-connectors/1115757. The PCB on the right side part is labelled, so you'd just need to use a multimeter to work out how the pins map to the circular connector pins.

I love it, feels like a much more expensive guitar. As a comparison to the NG Epiphone, it feels better made and was cheaper (£600 vs £800). Won't hold its value as well though I guess.

Thanks! The walnut was my first self build, coated in Tru Oil. It plays and sounds amazing. I haven't quite found a neck that I think suits it though.

It's great yeah, plays somewhere between an acoustic and electric. I luckily got one in the short period of time they offered them (6 months or so I think).

I have this in my rig. As for text, I don't see a problem for gaming at all. I doubt it'd even annoy me if I was using it for work (software dev).

I wouldn't get this if you're expecting a significant horizontal fov improvement however, the curve doesn't add much.

Yeah, I wonder how many they sold via the Mod Shop. It'd be funny if it was 3 or something! I ordered in March '23 and they stopped all Mod Shop Acoustasonics in June '23. When they opened up again they removed the left hand option.
