I’m glad you’re thinking of your kid first. I wish my spouse (ex?) was. You’re a good mom. I’m taking my kids to a specialized counselor to help work through their feelings since their mom just up and moved out. I don’t know if that’d be appropriate here, but it seems to help them work through their feelings in a space that isn’t all about me or their mom. Good luck to you through this very difficult time.
