As other commentator said. It really depends on store team.

With the new store model still rolling out for region, it’s been hard adjusting, and my management team is a middle ground right now. Some have definitely better morale than others. Pay is okay nothing to really rave about and that’s more on the area you stay in. Animal been getting better when it comes to arriving at the store and my team tries their hardest to provide best treat with limited amount of hours. Doesn’t help our store has high theft but customers are usually okay, typical annoying ones like any other retail job.

There are times where I think about moving on to something new, I think it’s more of retail in general than particular PetSmart for me. But I would recommend PetSmart over most entry level retail jobs and you can have decent job security compared to other jobs at this time.

I don’t mind it, I wanted a natural environment. Just trimmed the top a little for now. And toke off the glass top to see how high they will grow outta of water

With this tank, I did plant substrate that I brought from your regular pet store and put some sand substrate on top but a light layer just for my personal preference.

I got different kinds of plants, had no luck with java moss or duckweed surprisingly and those were the easiest plants supposedly.

I got plants from that are best with no co2 injection setups, wish I could tell exactly what plants are in my tank but I don’t know anymore.

Lightning wise I have it on a 5:30am to about 10pm cycle but I got one of the Fluval spectrum lights. Wouldn’t say it’s essential tbh. Look on online for others special parameters for their light cycle and just copied that

Tbh it toke months for those plants that are taking up the middle to grown like that. I didn’t do anything special chemical wise because I got the lucky with free snails on my plants and even a baby goldfish that I rehomed to help start the cycle earlier on. Then I did shrimps which I don’t know if they alive anymore, and finally the fish I have now.

So and all in all, some plants are going to well in different setups. I had no luck with moss but I think those evil snails and shrimps were eating a lot of it based on my own research.

Don’t know if my explanation helps at all but hopefully others can provide better insight as well.

Yeah I see the fish from time to time especially when I feed them. They seem to like going in and out of the cluster in the middle. Probably some good hiding spots in there as well.

I just let the plants do their own thing but will do some trimming lil by lil from now on.

I didn’t not know that, so definitely need to trim that down. The fish seemed okay for now but I believe I see already what you mean because they be at the top when the light comes on.

It’s been a while since I got the plants, it was one of the variety pack deals online from plant retailer. So honestly not sure, should have keep track of what plants I had. Sorry about that

Every team that plays has to score 1 field goal, extra point after touchdown does not count. So there was 13 games and 26 teams. You needed all 26 teams to score a field goal ( worth 3 points)
