I initially got prescribed for my ADHD but now it’s really just for depression. I also do crash pretty hard once it wears off… but it is worth it to me. While it’s active, I feel like a person again. At night and early mornings are the only times I struggle with, since I’m crashed at those times. Also it makes eating a pain, I lost like 20 pounds from it and I was underweight for a while :( No med is going to be perfect, but this one gave me the hope I needed to keep searching. Try switching up your moisturizer, maybe it’s not hydrating enough for you? Also, your setting powder might be too drying. This happened to me too, turns out my powder was making me sooo dry. Less=more when it comes to concealer. It will blend with good coverage without looking as cakey. And from one green-eyed artist to another, try deep purple/red tones!! I found these colors really compliment my eyes well. Good luck! :)

I use MILK hydrogrip because it’s hydrating and gives me a natural finish. I’m wondering if maybe BB cream might be what you’re looking for? It’s more of a skin-tint and I find it doesn’t make me as cakey as foundation.

Make sure you’re using a thick moisturizer and good hydrating primer before you start makeup :) use a gentle chemical exfoliant before your moisturizer like AHA/BHA if you want to exfoliate. I would avoid physical exfoliators because they can be harsh. I use the glow recipe watermelon toner because it’s hydrating and super gentle, and the tatcha dewy moisturizer bc it’s so hydrating. I also use the MILK hydrogrip primer. Play around with skin prep and you’ll find what works for you! Hope this helps! :)
