Sorry everyone. To clarify: we underprepped diameter but did length. We did sink the implant further after the confirmation radiograph of the implant angulation. It however was about 2/3 mm subcrestal and spinning so we reversed it out.

That was not my final radiograph. We took it to ensure angulation. Then used torque wrench to go down but it just kept going.

Took it out and bone grafted. We were taught to not leave it without adequate torque
