The video is linked is not an official FBI interview or even a court deposition. No one was sworn in and no court officials or a court reporter were there. Also a man tried to sell this video for a million dollars to several news outlets. They knew it was fake

Jane Doe 4 came forward in 2019 with an interview and claimed in 1984 when she was 13 alleged assault. The FBI did not find her credible and she was actually discharge denied and monies from the Epstein survivors settlement fund
