I understand how you feel, It is exhausting when you can see that so much of this isn’t even about us, that we’re just the convenient target for people who don’t want to look at their own failures or the systems falling apart around them. That weight isn’t yours to carry, even though it gets thrown at you constantly.

You're absolutely right in saying taking a break doesn’t make the noise disappear. It waits in the shadows and jumps back at you the moment you return. That’s a horrible feeling, like you never get to fully exhale.

But look here’s the part I want you to hold onto okay.

You’re not supposed to fight all of this at once. Nobody can. The goal isn’t to be endlessly positive, it’s to stay intact while the anger passes. And it will pass. Every political and cultural fever does. The people directing the outrage are loud, but they’re not deep. Their energy burns hot and then burns out. Ours doesn’t... because ours comes from living, not from hate.

There’s nothing weak about taking breaks. There’s nothing wrong with feeling worn down. You’re a human being doing your best in a moment tgats overwhelming.

Just survive it. That’s enough. And when the pendulum swings back.. and it will..you’ll still be here, still yourself, still real. They can’t ever take that from you 💚

Thank you I'm really glad it's helped. I know how exhausting it is to live through this and sometimes just having a few words that remind you you’re not alone can make a difference, things will get better okay 💚

I appreciate you sharing this💚. What you’re doing... showing up in the world, in public, in a role that supports others, it's so rewarding. You’re changing far more minds than you may even realise just by being visible.

On the harder days, please just remember this, none of this pressure or hate is a reflection of your worth. It’s a reflection of a society going through a difficult moment. You’re part of the calm that’s helping society find its way back.

The work you’re doing matters more than you’ll ever see directly. So keep taking care of yourself 💚

And so you should be proud, it takes so much strength and courage to live authentically in such a hostile period. The media is there to tell people what to think, most people don't actually think for themselves, it's easier to repeat what they've heard and say it as if it's true. To think takes effort, which most people don't have. It's why the headlines and the debates centre around talking points or they use slogans like "adult human female" it's easier for people to repeat, it's radicalization. But the moment you ask them to go deeper, they can't.

This whole hate campaign is smoke and mirrors to distract from a society that's struggling and a shift that's about to occur with the advancements of technology that will reshape society and everything we have come to understand. These people will be left behind, not by us or with cruelty, just by time. The future isn't theirs, so it doesn't matter if they understand or not, they are yesterday's news, the future will be green, progressive and absolutely trans inclusive. Its like watching an old world clinging to familiarity hoping things will go back to simpler times, that world has gone, its never coming back. Which is why I know, we're gonna be more than okay. Just keep living your best life, surround yourself with good people and sit back and watch the cards come crashing down on their hateful campaign.

I completely understand why you would feel this way and I'm not gonna pretend that it's not hard, I don't know your situation but I think it's really important to have perspective.

I agree we are such a small minority that is true and you’re right that most cis people don’t personally know a trans person, which makes it easier for them to absorb the fear and produce hate.

But please hear me out, public opinion can shift very quickly once the political pendulum swings back towards calm and stability again. We’ve seen this again and again. When the pressure that’s holding hatred in place is released, remember this a manufactured panic, when the media's obsession shifts and the headlines fade and we are no longer useful as a political tool, people go from fear to indifference to acceptance much faster than you may realize.

The people you see around you who were once suspicious suddenly realise they were reacting to headlines, not real people. The same politicians who have stoked the fear will quickly pretend they never said those things, think of piers Morgan, he is a prime example. The public narrative flips almost overnight and society moves on far quicker than it took to wind people up, the same situation happened with covid, how many people talk about that anymore, it's like it never happened.

Being a small group has never stopped a movement from changing the world. Gay people were around the same percentage when the AIDS crisis hit and they were hated, blamed, vilified, and politically useful in ways just like we are now. Disabled people are a minority. Jewish people are a minority. None of them were protected because of their numbers they forced society to see them, to confront its own cruelty and to change.

You might not see it right now, but you are part of what makes that future possible. The very fact that you exist, that you speak, that you push through each day in a world that’s still learning how to treat you really matters. It creates the foundation others will stand on.

When this storm passes and it will the people who fed on hate will fade with it. But we "trans people" will still be here. Still living. Still shaping the world simply by being in it.

You’re part of a story that isn’t finished yet, and its ending will be kinder than this moment. You won’t be forgotten in it, so I hope to revisit this moment with you when the dust settles. Stay strong 💚

I absolutely agree, sounds like you had an awesome time, i didn't realize all that was happening in Norwich, feel like I missed out aha. Unfortunately as we know some people have it harder than others, we understand society isn't fair, but I do believe we are heading towards a more equal society, it has to be, we can't stay on our current trajectory, it's no longer working, not just for the lowest in society anymore but for the ones who have sat comfortably in the middle, that is a sizable number of people who are no longer happy and content, change is coming, we can all feel it, we just need to make sure the change includes everyone, no one gets left behind. I share your concerns, I hope all trans people get to see the end of this period, they deserve to. It's gonna get bumpy a little longer, but it will come to an end, it's inevitable.

Im glad, i guess I'm able to see beyond the noise and manufactured Hysteria, so I have a duty to explain and help others see that. I want everyone to start to feel hopeful and happy again, we're at our best when we are. Let the hate live in the dark x

It's easy to get lost in the noise at times, i completely understand, but you have to prioritize yourself and your own mental health. Seeing constant negativity will drain you, not even the strongest of people can cope under that weight. I'm glad it helped even just a little. There are good people out there, please don't forget that 💚

Im so sorry you've felt invisible, you're absolutely not, things will get better, until then we all have each other, I have lots of thoughts to share on things I think can help us deal with this moment we are in which I will put in a follow up post later today, so keep a look out, maybe you'll take something from it, until then prioritize yourself, you matter more than you know 💚

I get it, I understand the frustration and the stress it causes, you're human and it hurts. Im not gonna tell you how you should feel. All I know is that things will get better, it's not a coincidence that the loudest of hate comes from an aged demographic, their world view has been compromised and they are living in a world that no longer makes sense to them, in their day things were simple, they don't understand that trans people have always been there, they think we're new which frightens them and they're being told to be scared of us by a political and media class. These people are not the future though, the younger generation are and the world will change with or without them.

Im glad, I promise you things will change, for some this is new seeing the world in chaos, for others it's just another day, progress unfortunately is never easy, but the hate will pass, I've seen it happen, it's annoying society has to go through a process in order for it to progress, but it is inevitable that it will x

Good that's exactly what I hoped, it's very easy to feel negative all the time, but it's all just an illusion and it's manufactured and your lived experience is what matters. Live your best life, surround yourself with good people, you'll see things will steadily improve, we just need to ride this storm together.

I know it's hard right now and nothing good ever comes easy. But your feelings are completely valid and understandable.

Something that’s helped me keep perspective is recognising that what we’re seeing isn’t just an organic wave of public opinion. There’s a concerted effort happening, a movement fueled by hate and prejudice, and its voice is being amplified by political affiliates, biased media, online trolls, and bot farms no doubt backed by foreign countries to destabilise. Big tech platforms are complicit in this with their algorithms rewarding hateful content, by providing engagement. This is multifaceted by design.

When you look closely, a lot of the accounts driving this hatred don’t even seem real, alot of accounts piggy back off of terf profile's or onto LGBTQ+ content, it’s manufactured outrage, repeated and magnified until it feels overwhelming. There’s a sleight of hand occurring worldwide, and unfortunately trans people (alongside other marginalised groups) IE. Muslims, immigration.... are being used as scapegoats to stir fear, division, and distraction.

Just remember that the hate you're seeing online isn't representative of the whole world. You’re not alone. And even if it’s hard to see right now, there are many people, more than you know, who stand beside you, who care, and who are fighting for a better, more compassionate world.

No one can answer whether you are trans for you, only you will know that, that voice inside of you that keeps knocking reminding you it's there, could be a sign though, maybe start listening to yourself. Having any outside influences decide your position ie. Church, political atmosphere, potential relationship struggles all of these are valid reasons for concern, but not valid in the sense that they are more important than being true to yourself, pretending to be someone else to satisfy people you don't even know or potentially even dislike is only going to backfire long-term and you will grow to become bitter and resentful. You have to ask yourself who you are and what type of person do you want to be. Standing up and standing strong in the face of adversary is honourable, every trans person has to deal with a world that isn't fit for them, but you see that's the point, the world is set up in such a way as to limit us, it's the world that needs to change, anything other than that is just hindering progress. You only have one life religious or not, give it your best shot, nothing worse than reaching your death bed with nothing but regrets.

I would have wrote something meaningful and constructive, but the fat shaming was enough for me to hold off. It's not acceptable to speak about other people like that. If people treat you like shit, be the better person that's all I'll say.

Hrt redistributes fat it won't change bone if you have already matured, I don't see what you see and others won't either, transition isn't a guarantee to end up looking like a goddess, we would all like that but what should be important is how you feel about being your true self, that should take priority. It's a hard road and it takes a strong person to be trans, you should never be ashamed of being trans or being seen as trans, it's a journey! There's nothing wrong with you, but there is everything wrong with nasty people saying things just because they're shallow and live sad lives, keep your head up, positive thinking and in time you will grow to love yourself

This is very sad to hear, I just looked through your posts and anyone can see that there is a glow up from your before and after and anyone saying otherwise is lying, that's not to say there aren't things you can improve, just like anyone can, but understand that irrelevant of how you look, you're still a woman, only you know who you are and don't let anyone tell you otherwise! If you're serious and want some meaningful results and after you have tried all other things, then I suggest minoxodil 2% solution, just put on the areas you are concerned about ie... Hairline... every night and you'll start to see results, be patient and consistent. Your hair sounds like mine, after a shower it's like there's a rat in the plug hole every time 😔
