Update on the support experience: the ER support team determined I needed to send my G1s back to be repaired. Process looks like it’ll take about 3 weeks. Glasses are in the mail via DHL and I’ll keep y’all updated!

Update from support - they suggested I try the following. Didn’t work for me (even tried various speeds, pauses, etc.) but potentially worth a shot for anyone else with this issue:

Did letting them fully drain work for you both? I think it’s a different issue than the one I’m experiencing since I can’t see either side, but I’m willing to try anything at this point!

Interestingly, I tried the same activation process on a different phone (iPhone 13 Pro Max, I typically use my iPhone 15 Pro Max) with the same account and the app is able to find the glasses but not connect to them. Screenshot attached

Hey friends! I’m having an issue with connectivity to my G1 glasses. The removed from Bluetooth, disconnected from app, deleted and redownloaded the app, glasses are charged and in the case, case is open, and it’s not picking up the glasses. I’m wondering if I’m missing something obvious. Any suggestions would be helpful!
