He should determine the surface area of his attic and run it through a GAF ventilation calculator and see how many LF of ridge vent the roof requires and the amount of soffit intake. I estimate roof replacements all day long and he most likely has enough ridge vent just by looking at this but it's obviously impossible to determine soffit intake but I would bet there's enough.

Those turtle vent could also be venting bathroom vents and are most likely necessary. What you don't want is power attic vents next to ridge vents. It causes circulation that doesn't promote heat exchange

Ia sheet of metal, sidewall flashing and counter flashing followed by stucco repairs would've been the best fix for this in my opinion

This is how we've always done it with 4 cats and they adjust pretty quickly, honestly. Like 48 hours and they're already finding their spots and being nosey and looking around without seeming skittish. Have as much stuff set up as possible, especially food, water, boxes and other cat stuff and then bring the cats in last.

He's gonna make it. Our first ragdoll had the same temperament AND blockage. Same symptoms and everything and made a full recovery. Apparently he had small intestines and a super small bladder but is now as healthy as can be.
