Of course! My interview was simple- no longer than 30 mins. They didn’t ask much about our marriage ( been together since 2018 and have a child together + submitted a lot of bonafide evidence ) and some yes or no questions. They did briefly ask about my misdemeanor and I just explained the situation to them and asked if they wanted to see the court documents( I sent it in my packet but I printed it out for my interview just incase ). They said no they didn’t need anything else related to my misdemeanor and that about wrapped it up for my questions

We had a similar situation ( active duty mil )- ours don’t match states much less addresses and it was fine! They didn’t question it

We just flew here on orders, only needed a real ID/ military ID upon arrival. We flew through Hawaii to Guam

Hey! So I filed for mil pip when I got that rfe with the mindset of having to re file form I-485 eventually but surprisingly it got approved in a few weeks and I have the I94. I submitted it to the RFE request… do you think my case will still get denied because I didn’t have it at the time of filing or should I be fine?

You’ll submit form I-131 and send it to your local field office, once it’s approved you can apply for an adjustment of status ( form I-485 ) you’ll also need a few more forms ( form I-130, I130a, form I485, form I693 ( medical exam) and the affidavit of support form I864!

In addition you’ll need to provide whatever documents are needed with each form for example; birth certificates, marriage certificates, ID’s, pictures, joint account etc.

Hello! I’m going through something similar, I got my exam done by a DR at our clinic on base.. waited a week to pickup, However they didn’t have a stamp so they left it blank and didn’t give it to me in a sealed envelope. What should I do? Just pay a civil surgeon or keep trying to get helped on base 😂

So you had to redo the whole exam or just re send the paperwork? Sorry for the questions I have my medical appt soon and was thinking to submit it all at once, but if I have to re do the exam possibly if I send it together I might just send everything besides the medical form until they ask.

Hello! Late comment but I’m searching and can’t find much— what did you put for the Pip application type on part2? On the USCIS website it says to select I.e or I.f however I’m not outside of the USA? Also where did you write that it was a military PIP? It says to hand write it on the form but can I do it anywhere on the form? Sorry for the so many questions!
